18 episodes into #KamenRiderV3. It's getting better as it goes along, but there seems to be a slightly continuity issue.
In episode 13 they tell us V3 can't transform for 3 hours after a specialty attack, but episode 15 is when V3 discovers he can't transform for 3 hours.
