She was considered the greatest heiress of her generation

When her Father died her wardship fell to #HenryVIII & then to #CharlesBrandon who married her in 1533

#KatherineBrandon, 16yr old Duchess of Suffolk, gave birth to her 1st son, Henry

He would inherit the Dukedom upon his father #CharlesBrandon’s death in 1545

Sadly he never made his mark in history, dying of the sweat at 16, the same day as his younger brother Charles in 1551😥
