Kia provided an excellent ‘app’ for remote access to my electric car.
But they couldn’t help fiddling and replaced it with a shiny new one including sales promotions … and now I can’t remote access my car. You ignore the principles of software at your peril.

I've been driving a Kia Nero EV for the last 19 months and been very happy with it - - until Kia recently replaced the Kia Connect app used to do things like control charging remotely, lock and unlock the car, initiate climate control etc.

So furious. #KiaConnect took away remote lock/unlock and climate control and put them in a premium package I have no shot to afford. I bought the car for those features and now I can't use them. Greedy corporate suits.
