This week the #KingsLynnIDB operations team, assisted by #ADCEastAngliaLtd, cleared weed from the inlet channel at Pierrepoint Pumping Station.
Keeping inlet channels clear helps our pumps operate more efficiently during the wetter winter months. 🌧️💧

As part of our commitment to bat conservation, we’ve also been introducing bat boxes at key sites to provide safe roosting habitats.
The elusive polecat has been spotted for the first time in the #KingsLynnIDB catchments! Once nearly extinct in the UK due to persecution, this charismatic predator has been making a quiet comeback
