You know the #KonMariMethod rule about getting rid of objects that don't "spark joy," right? I was just throwing some old stuff out with my wife while get loads of joy (i.e. intense manic energy) sparked, and she mentioned the "poop rule" for #ADHD folks such as myself... (1/2)
