It's been 13 years since I started training in Krav Maga. I spent many hours on these mats being schooled by the best. I am grateful for the lessons, skills learned, and close friendships. I continue to train and help instruct when needed.

My right side is fairly fucked up from class at the moment. A bone bruise on my AC joint, sprained my hand, and an elbow abrasion from last week when Tyler (sensei) took me to the floor. If I train tomorrow, it'll be left side only or only my right leg, bc I'm gonna rest these for a week. #KravMaga
