/2 Early 2024, I started #LionDiet. In under 6 weeks my biomarkers returned to normal except for Creatinine + eGFR. In Fall 2024 my #kidneys stabilized. I switched to #carnivorediet (was becoming bored with only steak). I did not want to fail. My kidneys are stable 3 years later. No dialysis. π

β¨οΈ January 2024 started #liondiet and amazing progress! All except two of my biomarkers improved after the first month. Then Q4 2024 those two biomarkers (eGFR and Creatinine) improved as well. Switched to the #carnivorediet in November and my kidneys have stabilized. Nephrologist confirmed same.
This month I am celebrating 2 years since being diagnosed with #ESKD = no catheter and no hemodialysis/dialysis. Nov-2024, I added eggs, bacon, sausages, to my #liondiet. Now #carnivore. Monthly bloodwork says my kidneys are still stable. That's better than where I was in years prior. π #gratitude

Feb 2024 I started the #liondiet. From one monthly lab appt to the next all but 2 of my biomarkers returned to normal. That meant less work for my kidneys as well. Stuck with the diet religiously until Nov. Got bored; started #carnivorediet. Q4 2024 my eGFR improved 2 points = back to double digits.
Where could I POSSIBLY find βegan proteins in the woods of the North Eastern United States? I canβt think of a single thing.
