I was hoping to meet him today and discuss a #UBI as part of his plan for #Canada, ol' man Winter had other plans. I like this carbon plan, from what I can read here. Looking forward to hearing more from Mr. Carney, and maybe even a financial contribution to the #LPC #LaurierClub
