A white wagtail likely going for a drink at Lhalu Wetlands Preserve, Lhasa, Tibet, China. A lifer for me (in birding parlance, a lifer is a bird you haven't seen before). Wagtails show up in Shakespeare in King Lear and perhaps other works.
