For March, my health journey took a detour. I gained 1.5 pounds, and my body fat percentage increased by 0.7%. Other than ice hockey, I really was in a physical (and mental) funk for the month. April really needs to be a reboot month. #LifeCheck

For February, I only lost 1 pound, but my body fat percentage dropped by 1.4%, so I have apparently been trading fat for muscle, which is good. Exercise, motion, ice hockey have all helped me physically. The mental aspects are still a work in progress. #LifeCheck
