We got them back this afternoon.
Good thing too, because Littlefoot and some of the others were missing their dog friends. You can see the girls lined up, and Littlefoot, when we brought the two dogs back.

It's been a weird couple days and today was LONG.
Valkyrie is an escapist/explorer, and has a dutiful grandpa in Smith--ie, he follows the puppy. They had a 2 day adventure while we panicked and searched and called EVERYONE.

Class time for Valkyrie and some of the unsure girl alpacas. Citori(other dog) and Becky(fawn alpaca) were there to teach. Littlefoot was there to cheer her on, and Maya clucked encouragement, not sure if it's audible.

Valkyrie did awesome at the vet and in the car! I had set up the back seat for success with some cardboard and a towel tho and used the leash hook to the seatbelt. Valkyrie is only getting to run loose when we are in the pen since she keeps digging out. Littlefoot was never afraid of the adult dogs and wanted to play. Becky seems to be everyone's mom, regardless of species and was very sweet.

Cousins Gigi Paradox and Littlefoot, OUR NEW LIVESTOCK GUARDIAN PYRENEES named Valkyrie! We wanted to get another Pyr while we could still have old man Smith help train. Valkyrie is still a puppy. She sees the vet at the end of the month, and has her own space rn.
