🌱 In 2024, Hope Blooms hosted a tree-planting event on #NationalTreeDay with Tree Canada. Over 80 volunteers, including 35 youth, transformed a neglected plot into a green space.

In 2024, Humber River Lodge (Memtigwaake Kinomaage Maawnjiding) worked with RainscapeTO on a planting event. 148 volunteers removed invasive species, planted native flora, and restored habitat. 🌱

🌳 In 2024, Grandmother’s Voice transformed an area in Valleybrook Park into a mini forest! 🌱

🌳 In 2024, our #LivingCitiesCanada Fund supported LEAF planting 36 trees & 338 shrubs at 26 Toronto Community Housing sites. Tenants & staff will be trained in 2025 to maintain the trees, fostering greener, healthier communities! 🌱
