Last night's tipple is another local wine , matured in an Ovoide vat for 12 months, and done in a bio-dynamic method. 7 years in the cellar has made it smooth and deliciously fruity. Grape is a Cabernet-Franc.

Tonight's tipple a wonderful Cabernet Franc from Chinon on the Loire. Deep fruit flavours and the tannins had mellowed perfectly. One of the best wines houses in that region.
