I bought this book in the late 80s, read it once & forgot about it. So, rereading it now is like reading it for the first time again. While not on the same level as Lovecrft, Derleth's stories are very good.

After so many years of reading Lovecraft, it's always a thrill to find something I haven't read. This collection of his (in some cases comeplete) revisions of other writers' stories is going to be a fascinating read.
