Meet Brian the Brain Frog (brain fog). Brian means no harm, but likes to sing loudly & tunelessly while disco dancing in my personal space. Ugh. HR shot up to over 153bpm, just slowly taking the wheelie bin to the top of the drive (about 20 feet in all). Worst episode I’ve had since August. Guess I’ll be staying in bed as much as possible today - and hopefully I’ll get a bit more sleep after a bad night. 😔 #MESucks #MECFS

I absolutely hate not being able to work. I miss socialising and going shopping. I can't just get in my car to go somewhere (even *if* I physically could my agoraphobia has gotten much worse). I can't do any DIY projects or make crafty things nor listen to music or read books.

like becoming too unwell to dance around the house was bad enough but nowadays just listening to music even at low volume is overwhelming so I can only manage it in small chunks 😭
