Today I’m doing an AMPS with someone (getting provisions on the way - we are making a sandwich) then a review for someone we have managed to get back to her own home so hoping its been successful… then an absolute ton of paperwork #occupationaltherapy #MHSOP #mentalhealthOT #intermediatecare

Busy day ahead - review at home for a lady with advanced dementia who we are trying to keep in her own home, then an initial assessment, then supervision and a million notes to write at some point! And it’s FREEZING!! #occupationaltherapy #mentalhealthoccupationaltherapy #MHSOP
