Gov. Gretchen Whitmer delivered her final State of the State address last night. I had the privilege of attending alongside newly elected President of the Detroit City Council, James E. Tate Jr. as well as James White, CEO of DWIHN & Redford Charter Township Supervisor Pat McRae.
