This report states the Dr represented 7-11, which the #MNTerrorist did. He claims a educational leadership doctorate from Milwaukee Cardinal Stritch University. Points to them being the same person.

The bipartisan working group was comprised of dozens - doubtful Walz knew him or that he was a dem.

So are we calling Vance Boelter a #terrorist? Seeing as he actively tried to influence government actions and is using the threat of violence to push forward political goals? As well as sowing distrust in #government authority figures by posing as an LEO?
