...not for the weak. Eventually 11/15/14 came around & it was going to happen. The 1st ever #Malort5k was born! Over 20 brave runners signed up and raised over $500 for the food bank. Only two threw up but all will never forget this historic vile 5k... (6/7)

The #Malort5k was an idea I concocted while I was in my running phase. Why not combine my love of running at the time with my love/hate relationship of #Malort. So, in the year 2014 my gears started to grind on how I was going to pull this off. I had no sponsors, no permits,...nada. (1/7)
