Superman had no idea what he'd done. He'd been taken unawares and hypnotized weeks ago into a mindless HenchDrone for #MasterMesmero. Now, he'd captured Spiderman and the hero had met the same fate. His eyes meeting the villains as he tried to resist and failed completely..
Superboy had arrived with an air of confidence, almost arrogance. He'd truly believed that he alone could stop the villainous #MasterMesmero and free his friends.
All that faded away now though. His arrogance faded to submission as he made eye contact, kneeling before his Master
