#HoldMyHandatTwilight was nice and of course all the shows with the actors from #GlassHeart except maybe #MeetMeAfterSchool which was a lesson in grooming.
I’m watching #KeitaMachida as Second ML in #MeetMeAfterSchool and he’s the only reason to watch because the main love story is a bit off. The ML starts as a 15 year old and his teacher is the FL. It supposedly picks up when he’s older but i haven’t got to that part yet. It’s kind of stomach churning
True, that was a hopeful reset in #MeetMeAfterSchool.
And tragic endings really aren't my thing either, but in jdramas at least they are not gonna torture you for 20-40 eps. 🥲
I admittedly tend to avoid dramas with a tragic ending, so my sample is probably not very representative 😅... but i'm here thinking that even the toxic pairing from #meetmeafterschool had a hea, so why not our sweet cinnamon rolls?! 😭
Another drama of his I enjoyed was #MeetMeAfterSchool. And - of course! - #CherryMagic.
#MachidaKeita projects and where to find them:
- #GlassHeart (Netflix)
- #AliceInBorderline (Netflix)
- #YuYuHakusho (Netflix)
- #MeetMeAfterSchool (Netflix)
- #RoadToHighAndLow (S1+2 Netflix)
- #Unknown (Viki and Netflix)
- #SuperRich (Viki)
- #ThreeStarBarInNishiOgikubo (Netflix, Viki and Hulu).

#MeetMeAfterSchool
I’ve got into J-dramas much more recently, so this is perfect timing. Currently, utterly engrossed by #MeetMeAfterSchool.
