My memory is getting so bad that I’ve started using the Tiimo app (designed for Neurodivergent people) to remind me to function at the most basic human level. I will literally sit in one place all day and not remember to do anything if unprompted.

In the moth trap this morning there was a Toadflax Brocade, and I remember thinking "I don't see those very often" before I let it go. Turns out it is a species I've never seen before, and would have loved to photograph! Still nice to see though #MemoryLapse #TeamMoth
