12 seconds of #swans making their way upstream on the #Merrimackriver in #LowellMA this morning. Only have seen them one other time in nearly 10 years. So taking that as a sign of something - hopefully something good.

Spent the past week juggling inpatient medicine and helping care for my ailing grandmother... today she is doing better, I emerged from my post-24-hr-call haze, and the fact that the snow melted let me go on an amazing run along the #MerrimackRiver and attain near-human status.
