3. I am letting go of all toxic forms of social media. The #metaprotest made me realize that I actually don't miss fb or ig at all. And #tiktok is scorched earth to me. Reddit also feels like doom scrolling. I want to focus on less mainstream forms of consuming content. Or maybe just going outside.

Well I couldn't figure out a way to actually log out of Facebook, but I was able to pause the ap. So Facebook, threads and Instagram are all paused and grayed out on my phone for the next 2 days.
