A self-assembling #photosensitizer, Ce6-GFFY, targets #ColorectalTumors and, upon light activation, generates #ROS to induce immunogenic cell death, enhance #CytotoxicTCells, suppress #immunosuppressive cells, and inhibit #MetastaticTumor growth.
