Unlikely. There are about a dozen other satellites up there with similar specs. #Methanesat was special because it was privately funded and operated and the data was public. But there was only a single satellite and not a whole constellation as backup.

As far as #EntericMethane goes it seems #MethaneSAT wouldn't have been sensitive enough to pick it up from livestock. Initial readings in the US showed it was picking up emissions from oil and gas production. Data could be interesting. #agsky #spacesky
