I also give my #Micronauts a first assignment: they choose a #MicrobialPal, like this one. I have 28 choices for 19 students enrolled. The tag glows in the dark (of course). The #Micronauts get to dive deep into their choice! I have done my best to pick unusual and cool microbes.

#MicrobialEnthusiasts: when I teach micro, I hand out 3D printed glow in the dark tags. Each student has a #MicrobialPal to write about. This fall (my LAST time teaching here), I have 20 not 16 students. So PLEASE suggest additional candidates so I can really impress my new #Micronauts?? Please RT?
