Minimum Wage Order review expected to be completed this September – Khairul Firdaus
PUTRAJAYA: The review of the Minimum Wage Order 2024 is expected to be finalised this September, said Deputy Human Resources Minister Datuk Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan. He said the results of the study would be the main basis for determining whether the existing minimum wage rate should be revised or maintained. “The government is conducting various engagement sessions to ensure that every decision, plan and implementation that is being made truly meets the needs of all parties,” he told reporters after an engagement session on the matter here today.
