Misago's preference is a simple pair of shorts for pajamas and nothing else. If he feels cold or chilly, he'll wear a simple pair of long pants, but that's also it.

Misago suffers from really bad nightmares particularly during ShB as a side effect of his light poisoning and they continue long after due to his tendency to repress his feelings and trauma instead of dealing with it. He eventually learns to ground himself after these, but...

Misago's workouts are usually weapon training, either sparring with Estinien or on his own with a dummy. He'll do some more traditional workout exercises from time to time (pushups, pullups, etc.), but not on any set routine. His regular adventuring keeps him in shape.

Misago enjoys a wide variety of beverages! Lots of tea and sometimes coffee (he enjoys both on the bitter side). And of course he loves a good red wine (his favorite!) and plenty of bitter ales. He doesn't often drink hard liquor (too sweet!), but Estinien talks him into it on occasion.

It does! Misago's canon main jobs are PLD/GNB/SMN and canon side jobs are DRG/DNC. (He technically knows some WHM and uses it, but it is very basic. He's not a healer.) Overlaps with Thancred, Alphinaud, G'raha, Estinien.

Misago absolutely needs it! He tends to repress a lot of his trauma, which comes back to haunt him later, especially during EW in the form of flashbacks, nightmares, and in high-stress situations hallucinations. He is not good at dealing with it and would really benefit from help!

Misago's canon has him going solo for all the trials until 5.3 and receiving the crystal of Azem. For dungeons, he brings a crew based on the NPC availability, except for Aetherochemical Research Facility, which is also a solo adventure.

Misago's aether/soul is purple! A dusky, dark lavender color. When he visited Elpis, the robes Hythlodaeus helped make for him ended up a slight shade of purple accidentally (though Hyth tells him that Azem would have done it on purpose!).

My biggest deviation/change isn't all that big in the grand scheme of things. Shiosai and Misago are biological brothers! Misago is older by ~4 years and was taken to La Noscea with his mother shortly after Shiosai was born, leaving Shiosai alone in Sui-no-Sato.

Misago's hair darkens over the course of MSQ due to age and (mostly) stress, and then lightens as he absorbs light during ShB. Post-ShB, his hair no longer darkens at all due to the presence of the crystal of Azem, as his hair color is one of the only traits he inherited from his Azem.

Misago's hands are usually very warm! His grip is firm and gentle, especially considering his size. When he's very nervous or distressed, his hands will shake and he has a habit of holding them when that happens to try and hide it and get them to stop.
