My homemade pasta, such a simple recipe. 1 cup of flour, 2 eggs. Knead together. Put it through your pasta roller.

Some beautiful butter from a farm in Nova Scotia. Melting over medium high heat until the butter browns.

The mizithra cheese grated and ready to add.

Toss the pasta in the browned butter, plate, grate fresh pepper on top, add the cheese.

On tonight's menu was something I loved at #TheOldSpaghettiFactory on the West Coast.

It was every bit as good as I remember, especially because I went heavy on the browned butter and the mizithra cheese. 🍜🍽️

I'm so excited about tonight's supper! I lived in Vancouver (20 years), and Victoria (5 years), and it's hard to not eat at #TheOldSpaghettiFactory.
I fell in love with their #Pasta with #BrownButter and #MizithraCheese.
I found the cheese! Pasta dough is made! Butter will be browned!
