My homemade pasta, such a simple recipe. 1 cup of flour, 2 eggs. Knead together. Put it through your pasta roller.

Some beautiful butter from a farm in Nova Scotia. Melting over medium high heat until the butter browns.

The mizithra cheese grated and ready to add.

Toss the pasta in the browned butter, plate, grate fresh pepper on top, add the cheese.

On tonight's menu was something I loved at #TheOldSpaghettiFactory on the West Coast.
