My homemade pasta, such a simple recipe. 1 cup of flour, 2 eggs. Knead together. Put it through your pasta roller.
Some beautiful butter from a farm in Nova Scotia. Melting over medium high heat until the butter browns.
The mizithra cheese grated and ready to add.
Toss the pasta in the browned butter, plate, grate fresh pepper on top, add the cheese.

I winged this recipe using some leftover mascarpone and baked pears from yesterday. Wasn't sure it would turn out, but it smells amazing and is so light and bouncy!
