Siento que es un error estratégico. Es decir, ya te he dado permiso para estar en mi móvil, no me castigues con spam. Hay muchísimas apps que, una vez instaladas, el bombardeo de notificaciones vacías las convierte en una pesadilla.

En mi opinión, hay una línea muy fina entre el engagement y la intrusión, las marcas han caído en la cultura del bombardeo, saturándonos a base de notificaciones y anuncios constantes. El valor real de una app se demuestra cuando no necesita forzar el clic.

En un mundo donde la respuesta media en atención al cliente es de apenas 2 minutos, el usuario no te perdona que los procesos fallen. Por muy intuitiva que sea una app, si la solución no llega rápido o el servicio no cumple, el diseño pasa a segundo plano.

Lo veo cada día en mi trabajo, por muy intuitiva o visual que sea una app (UX), si luego el proceso que hay detrás falla o el cliente no recibe la solución que esperaba, el diseño no sirve de nada.
