Finally arrived after 30h ..! Some samples didn't appreciate the towing in the steepest street in Lyon, but we have extra ones, and surprisingly after being loaded/unload 3 times, optical setups sounds goods, and we can already see fringes for #ModLoc ..! #MiFoBio2021

Congrats, nice alternative implementation for wide field FLIM ! Pockels cell can indeed be useful on the detection side, and compatible with single molecule detection, that's what we used for our #ModLoc detection schematic .

Indeed the Modulated excitation can be seen as a generic concept to localize any parameters by introducing a time signature. Happy to show Pierre Jouchet's PhD work and the nice results he acquired with #ModLoc in 3D
