Passed away last Tuesday: Moroccan writer Meriem Hadj Hamou. Born in Casablanca, she worked as a practicing pharmacist in Marrakech. Published two poetry collections, a short story collection, and a novel, "Les racines", released earlier this year by La Croisée des Chemins #Moroccanliterature
