They say Site C will come online in 2025 (later than originally projected). The minute it does, the entire debt for the dam comes due. If electricity rates aren't going to rise to cover that, BC either takes on the debt (ie. us) or the feds will have to bail #SiteC out, as they did for #MuskratFalls
