This show was so much fun! There is time travel, crime and mystery, family secrets, betrayals, paths chosen and a pinch of humour. Also that colourful 1987 smalltown setting really got me! #kdrama

主人公たちにそのシーンはないんだけど、ドラマ内でまったく無いかというと、そうではないところが惜しい(でもそちらもかわいくて良いのです)

愛してる、好き、という言葉もなく、愛し合うふたりを描いた詩的で美しいドラマ。

日本のドラマならいくつもあるような気がする、朝ドラとか時代物とか。良きロマンス物としてパッと思いつくのが出てこないけど。

特に主人公ふたりがお互いを尊重し、見守り合うことはあっても口出ししない、自分の問題は自分で解決する、という線引きされた、でもとても優しい関係が好き。

親子、夫婦といった近すぎてわからなくなってしまった大切な人との関係を見つめ直すことのできる、優しくてしみじみといいドラマです。

Day 11: a drama that kept me riveted.
#MyPerfectStranger - threw a REALLY good feint for a long time, kept me guessing

#MyPerfectStranger satisfied my crime-drama soul w/a killer that kept everyone guessing until the reveal (but the clues were laid out in hindsight). The time travel didn't confound me, and the vintage vibes were a big +. Show did a lot w/what they were given. This guy tho.😍🥰😍

I'm not buying this romantic push for the leads in #MyPerfectStranger. They had great chemistry as antagonistic friends, but romantically?

(It probably didn't help that she's been playing the role of a high school student since she's got there.)

In #MyPerfectStrangerEp1, Mi sook comes back from her hometown, right after Soon-Ae is found dead on the beach, declaring she had to finish something. In #MyPerfectStrangerEp3 she seems to recognize Yoon-Young in '87 (pix 1-Kocowa, pix 2 Viki). #MyPerfectStranger

I almost dropped #MyPerfectStranger within the first few scenes bc the ML's story wasn't well defined. And he doesn't get more definition later, even into ep. 2. However, the FL and her story is really neat, as is the 80's-themed OST and bg music. Looking forward to ep. 3!
