#MystBooks This Is How You Lose the Time War isn’t like a lot of books I’ve read. It’s very poetic and yet just enough rooted in some kind of reality that I appreciate it. Wanting to see your love everywhere but actually seeing that via unexplained future technology.
#MystBooks
#MystBooks Project Hail Mary. This. This is what I hoped for. It’s not what I fully expected but it is what it should be.
The story of realistic space travel and survival in impossible odds. After falling in love with the Martian because of Mark and the setting, I think this surpassed it.
#MystBooks Artemis by Andy Weir. I figured given the movie of his other book is coming out. I might as well catch up to his novels. I read the Martian back in the day and I really enjoyed it. I think half of it is because of Mark. He’s a good character that brings the rest of the story to life.
#MystBooks oh boy I have not done these in… so many books that I’ve been listening to. Abandon’s Gate, the third of the expanse books. I really like this one and now having finished the whole series it’s one of the ones I like the best. It might just be because of Miller.
#MystBooks I finished The Expanse Book 2 Caliban's War. The number of perspectives really opened up. Honestly I’m kind of surprised how well opening up to more characters worked so well. Avasarala is a standout and really interesting political voice with a terrible mouth that you can’t help but love
Ok I am a bit behind on these but should keep updating them. Maybe let’s call it #MystBooks that works haha well time to update on thoughts on quite a few.
