Iapholi, a monstrous Hero-God that appears as a human woman with long claws, goat's legs, a long whip-like tail ending in a tuft of brown fur, and curling ram horns erupting from her head. Her ears are pointed like an elf's and her eyes are like a cat's.

Iapholi from the recent Myth Speaker adventure path is everything I would've wanted for a "good" version of Lamashtu. What an excellent Hero-God to add for characters in Pathfinder to follow!
