Between with the raiders and some of his newfound wasteland friends, his loyalty switch to be on the side of his fellow goodwill creatures of Equestria, rather then siding with some vicious creatures that took advantages of others. As for the last statement you see here from Wing Crasher, Tornado is very creepy towards women. By creepy, it's "you don't want to meet him in the middle of the night" creepy.
