Just got my travel restrictions removed by ortho spine this week so heading to Dallas for #NCCRT and then Amsterdam/Dublin for Xmas with the family. First time in 5y because of Covid, surgeries, and them living previously in Cambodia (horrible flight times for 4x repaired spine). #GoodMentalHealth
