Honestly the Mets are a compelling watch if you like tragedy. But the results since Pride Night 2025 certainly suggest that I really cursed them when @hrm-kristin-i.gay and I met Mr. and Mrs. Met at the online doll game. It’s worth it for the pics from the off limit areas of Citi Field though.

In a way, it’s sort of nice to be able to stop worrying about the Mets playoff chances already. A bit of nostalgia, a bit of time freeing up later in the summer. A silver lining.
