🛡️ Respecting Privacy, Even in the Past ❗️
When sharing some of my childhood cheerleading photos, you might notice that I blurred out the faces of friends who were under 18 at the time. I did this intentionally because I am a mindful technologist and respect their privacy.

✌️ Supported by friends. Lifted by teammates.
Even in something unexpected, giving your best matters. Striving for excellence, respecting the craft, and honoring the trust of those around you is a lesson I carry into every part of my life.

🏒 "I couldn’t really skate yet, but I knew I wanted to be out there." 🥅
I discovered hockey when I was 6 or 7, watching my cousin Peter play for the University of Notre Dame.
It looked dangerous. Fast. Beautiful.
I fell in love immediately, and asked my parents if I could play.
