My child made it onto the news today. That is Ori with his one on one aid at school, Mr. James. His teacher was kind enough to record this and send it to me. I love this kid y’all!

I’m not posting the first time we sang happy birthday because he was really upset. Yes, we sing happy birthday to Ori twice and let him blow out the candles twice, sometimes more. This was the first time we were all together since his bday on November 7th. #lifewithori #birthday #family #nicubaby

On this day in 2012, Ori was taken off of that nasal cannula oxygen when he was in the NICU. This was absolutely huge!!
It was also revealed to us on this day that he wasn’t going to need surgery like we were told because he healed himself. He had an omphalocele.
