オルタナティヴを標榜するのはもうやめた──NOT WONKにやどる普遍性と、ある実験について NOT WONKが前作から4年ぶりとなる5thアルバム『Bout Foreverness』をリリースした。今作は、藤井航平（Ba.）脱退後に、ほとんどふたりだけで制作された作品となる。今作のリリースに伴い、OTOTOYではNOT WONKの活動拠点である北海道・苫小牧でインタヴューを実施。加藤修平発案の苫小牧でのビッグ・パーティー〈FAHDAY2024〉についてや、その準備期間中につくりはじめることになった今作の制作方法、タイトルにもなっている“永遠性”についてなど、多くのトピックスについて話してもらった。「作らないとわかんねえ、なんでも」と言えるほどに実験を行った作品と、その精神に是非触れてみてほしい。...
