First update since last night as internet and electricity went down: got back to the house at around 11pm using a forest backroad. Next morning lots of helicopter activity over the fire (~1km away) #NSWbushfires

We live just on the other side of the ridge from the current fire front. Thankfully the fire is currently moving away to the south, and keeping low in the undergrowth. Wind is crazy so far though #nswbushfires
