And these are the weird fruit! These fruit of #Nuytsia are unlike the berries of their mistletoe cousins, using wind to disperse the single seeded fruit via three prominent wings around the fruit!

Favourite time of year! The Moodjar are out! #Nuytsia floribunda, this large tree is part of one the 5 or so linages of plants that form Mistletoes, within the Santalales order, with this species in the #Loranthaceae family!
