Also #OnThisDate in 1993, in McCain v. Dinkins aka #McCainVKoch, the #NYAppDiv upheld fines imposed in November on 4 NYC government officials, vacated the order for them to spend nights in #EAUs, and remanded to the Sup.Ct. for sanctions.
