What a wonderful honeybee research symposium we have just had in Wellington! Really interesting talks from around the country and interested Apiarists asking great questions. So glad I came along this year! Many thanks to the organisers and sponsors! #NZLabLife #phages

Researchers find NZ is the most likely country to survive war, famine or Trump - but forget to put us on the map Aotearoa is one of the most likely countries in the world to survive war, natural disaster, famine or Trump say scientists, but wannabe Kiwis might struggle to get here: we’ve been kicked off the plan...

This is so peak New Zealand. #NZLabLife

Every Friday I meet with the lab group and it is hands down the most fun I have at work. This week, Danielle Kok had this exciting #phage plaque plate. It may not look like much but for us, this was super exciting! #NZLabLife #Microsky #Mevosky

I am really excited about a project right now and one of my colleagues spotted me standing around on campus staring at a wildflower field looking for a particular butterfly. I started to say “ Oh, I’m not just, like, staring at flowers…” but, who am I kidding? #NZLabLife #ButterflyHunt
