A jersey and logo design layout broken up into two panels. The left panel features an altered version of the University of Alaska Fairbanks academic logo on a flue background. The logo depicts the white, simplified silhouette of a polar bear within a tall trapezoid to represent the letter A. Within the trapezoid behind the bear are 3 yellow stripes and the trapezoid has a white and yellow keyline. The right panel features two jerseys. One top, the white home jersey features arched words "Alaska" "Nanooks" in blue surrounding the number 42 in yellow with a blue outline (The words form a sort of American Football shape). Above the word Alaska is the captain's C in yellow with a blue outline. The sleeves feature six alternating blue and yellow stripes with white space between each. The hem, collar and socks the same stripe style with the hem and collar using two stripes and the socks using 4, each with yellow on top and blue at the bottom. The back of the jersey features a plain blue number 42 below a nameplate reading "Fairbanks" in yellow with a blue outline. Both shoulders feature the logo described previously. Finally the helmet, gloves, and hockey pants are all blue. The blue away uniform uses the same overall design with colors flipped. All instances of blue on the home jersey are now yellow while all instances of yellow are now white. The helmets, gloves, and hockey pants all remain blue.
We're staying in #Alaska for day because that's how the alphabet works. The Alaska Fairbanks #Nanooks have a bunch of pretty cool throwback unis that I combined into a unified look. This is also the rare instance where I use an academic logo that is a better sports logo than the actual sports logo.
